How to submit an event
AthleteIDs sends your organization an invitation. Sign up with the invited email and your organizer dashboard opens.
Add the name, dates, venue and divisions. Everything starts as a private draft only your staff can see.
Paste or upload a spreadsheet. Each player is matched to their existing AthleteID; players without one are invited to create their own.
One game per line — date, time, court, teams. Teams are matched automatically and duplicates are skipped.
Upload photos and video you have permission to publish, tagged to the event or to an athlete.
AthleteIDs reviews every submission. Once approved, you choose when the event goes public.

Rosters link to existing AthleteIDs. Nobody gets a profile created for them; athlete privacy settings always apply.
Submissions stay private until AthleteIDs approves them. Only authorized staff can verify participation.
