One-time setup

Creating a private AthleteID draft is free. The $59 setup fee is charged once when the family chooses to publish, activating the public profile address, Coach View, Media Kit and QR share card.

The setup fee is separate from the monthly or annual subscription.

Subscription choices

Choose $19.99 per month or $199 per year. The selected subscription automatically renews at the same interval until it is canceled.

Any applicable charge is shown before checkout, and a receipt is provided for completed payments.

Canceling

You can cancel from the billing area of your AthleteIDs dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the setup fee and subscription. Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

After a subscription ends

When paid access ends, the AthleteID returns to private. It is removed from public profile views and the public directory.

The permanent AthleteID number and saved profile content are kept. AthleteID numbers are never reassigned.
