AthleteIDs is operated by RichsUnlimited LLC. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers the one-time setup fee and your first monthly or annual subscription payment, and each renewal payment within 30 days of that renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email billing@athleteids.com and we will help.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the related paid access ends and the AthleteID returns to private. The permanent AthleteID number and saved content are kept, so you can publish again later.
