You control what's public

Every AthleteID starts private. Nothing appears publicly until a parent, guardian or athlete chooses to publish it.

A published profile can also be kept out of the directory, unpublished again, or archived at any time.

Private contact information stays private

Phone numbers and email addresses are private by default. A contact only appears on the public profile when it is specifically marked as approved for sharing.

Everything else — account emails, family notes, draft information — is never shown publicly.

Coaches don't need an account

Any coach with the link can open a public AthleteID and its Coach View. That keeps sharing simple and means no coach is ever asked to create a login to evaluate an athlete.

Published and verified stats mean different things

Published / Family-controlled means the family chose to publish the profile and controls what is public.

Verified stats only appears when a stat line has a source, such as an official source, MaxPreps, or a dated family attestation. It is not a ranking, evaluation, endorsement, scholarship promise, or guarantee of recruiting interest.

Photos, film and minors

Only upload photos and film you have the right to share, and that the athlete and their parent or guardian are comfortable being public.

For younger athletes we recommend keeping the profile out of the directory and sharing the link directly with coaches instead.

Removing information

Individual photos, videos, statistics and contacts can be deleted from the dashboard at any time, and an AthleteID can be archived so it is no longer public anywhere.

If you want the account and its data deleted entirely, contact support and we will handle it.
