Using AthleteIDs

By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and supervise the account and agrees to these terms on the athlete's behalf.

Accounts and family access

Keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.

An AthleteID can be shared with additional parent or guardian accounts, with the athlete, and with coaches the family invites. Whoever has access can edit the profile, so only invite people you trust.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the information, photos and film you upload. You give AthleteIDs permission to store, display and format that content in order to run the service and show the profile you chose to publish.

You must have the right to upload everything you add, including photos and film taken by someone else, and the people shown must be comfortable with it being public.

Information on a profile must be truthful. Do not invent statistics, achievements, offers, interest from coaches or rankings.

Content guidelines

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or content that endangers a minor.

No impersonating another athlete, family, coach, school or program, and no profiles created without the family's consent.

No private information about other people, and no contact details for anyone who has not agreed to them being public.

We may unpublish, archive or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

What AthleteIDs does not promise

AthleteIDs organizes and presents information. It does not rank or evaluate athletes, does not promise that a college coach will view a profile, reply or make an offer, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, any college, or any recruiting service.

Published / Family-controlled means the family chose to publish the profile. Verified stats, when shown, only means the listed stat line has a stated source; it is not a recruiting endorsement.

The service is provided as is, and we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

Copyright reports

If you believe content on AthleteIDs infringes your copyright, contact us through the support page with the exact profile link, a description of the work, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for them. We remove infringing content when a report is valid and will work with the family involved.

Ending use

You can unpublish, archive or request deletion of an AthleteID at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts someone at risk.

Changes

These terms may change as the service changes. Continuing to use AthleteIDs after a change means you accept the updated terms.
